We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our team will process and prepare your order within:

•        1 to 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays)

Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

 

Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has been dispatched, please allow the following timeframes for delivery:

•        Order Transit Time: 3 to 5 business days

•        Total Estimated Delivery: 4 to 7 business days from the date of order

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions. Remote or rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery windows.

Delays & Exceptions

While we do everything to meet our delivery estimates, Pelotonx cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

•        Carrier disruptions or strikes

•        Extreme weather conditions

•        Incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer

•        Customs or postal service delays (not applicable for UK orders)
