Return Window
You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns requested after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted.
Free Returns

• Returned within 30 days of delivery
• In its original, unused condition
• In the original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included
• Not damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or accidental damage
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Items returned after the 30-day return window
• Items that have been used, mounted, or show signs of wear
• Items returned without original packaging or missing parts
• Consumable products (e.g. batteries, films, one-time-use accessories)
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these simple steps:
• Email us at infos@pelotonx.shop with your order number and reason for return
• Our team will review your request and send you a prepaid return label
• Pack the item securely in its original packaging
• Drop the package at your nearest designated drop-off point as instructed
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within:
• 14 business days from the date we receive the return
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed. Please allow a few additional business days for the amount to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item (following the process above) and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at infos@pelotonx.shop with:
• Your order number
• A clear photo of the item and its packaging
We will resolve the issue promptly at no cost to you — either through a replacement, refund, or store credit.
